Delivery rules

The following delivery methods are available in this e-shop::

    • Courier service – the order is delivered with the courier service of your choice to the address specified at the time of ordering for a fee of 6 EUR.
    • Post offices – the order is delivered to the post office of your choice at the time of ordering, charge EUR 4.
    • We deliver to Kuršiu Nerija for your chosen delivery method, plus an additional fee of 25 euros.
    • Free pick-up in our shop, Naujojo sodo g. 1, Klaipėda.
  1. After payment confirmation, goods are delivered within 3-5 working days (Monday – Friday). During holidays and promotions, delivery may take at most 5 working days due to the high volume of orders. Ordered goods are delivered on working days, subject to prior receipt of a courier message indicating the time to the nearest hour.
  2. You will receive an SMS the evening before the delivery. You can manage the delivery: change the delivery address and the day or redirect the parcel to the most convenient DPD post office. On the morning of the delivery day, you will be notified by SMS of your estimated delivery time.
  3. Upon delivery of the order to the specified location, the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment before accepting it from the carrier. If the exterior of the parcel box is found to be damaged, the Buyer must note the damage on the delivery note and inform the Seller immediately.
  4. www.casoitahomedecor.lt the online shop only lists products in stock, but there may be discrepancies between the online data and the company’s stock levels for various reasons. If a customer orders and pays for an item not currently in stock, the order may be canceled, and a refund may be issued, or arrangements may be made to deliver the item as soon as it is in stock.
  5. For orders over €50, we deliver for free. We have within 3-5 days.
  6. In-store pick-up is available by SMS.
  7. Delivery is currently only available in Lithuania.
