Return rules

  1. Defective goods – goods that do not comply with the characteristics set out in the description of the goods in the online shop and have physical defects that make it impossible to use them for their intended purpose.

  2. Goods of inferior quality shall be returned by the “Rules for the return and exchange of goods, approved by Order No 217 of the Minister of Economy of 29 June 2001”.

  3. You can return your purchase within 14 calendar days in Lithuania or 30 in the EU and other countries from the delivery date.

  4. The returned product must be presented in its original packaging, in good condition, undamaged, unused, in the same condition as when it was purchased (no damaged labels, no torn protective film, etc.), and in the same condition as when it was purchased.

  5. When you return the product, you must provide proof of purchase.

  6. Returned goods must be delivered to the address indicated by the Seller.

  7. The Seller has the right not to accept the returned goods if they are used, unlabelled, or damaged and if the return period has expired.

  8. No refund will be given if you have purchased these goods:

    • perfumery, cosmetics, and toiletries (shampoos, soaps, home fragrances, candles, etc.);
    • bedding (blankets, cushions);
    • towels and other textiles.
  9. The Buyer shall pay the shipping costs of returned goods. Only the amount paid for the goods will be refunded.

  10. Before returning the goods, the Buyer must inform the Seller by e-mail: info@casitahomedecr.lt and fill in the following return form , to be attached to the returned goods.

  11. The Company is not responsible for the courier’s further work and decisions.
