Terms & Conditions
- General provisions.
- These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase (from now on referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) are the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for the purchase of goods and payment for them, the procedure for the delivery and return of the goods, the liability of the parties, and any other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in this e-shop. The laws of the Republic of Lithuania draw up these Rules. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the rules at any time, considering the requirements established by law.
- The Buyer confirms their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by placing an order.
- The contract between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to have been concluded from the moment the Buyer pays for the order by the method of their choice after creating the shopping cart in the online shop.
- Protection of personal data.
- Any information relating to personal data registered in this online shop is subject to the Seller’s data protection policy, which follows the personal data protection laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
- When ordering goods in this e-shop, the Buyer must provide the requested data at purchase.
- The Buyer is responsible for providing the correct data at the time of purchase.
- By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to process the personal data they provided for the order. The Buyer also agrees to send information notifications to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer, which is necessary to complete the order.
- The Seller does not disclose the Buyer’s data to third parties, except as required by a competent public authority in cases provided for by the laws of the Lithuania Republic or with the Buyer’s separate written consent.
- Rights and obligations of the Buyer.
- To pay for and accept the goods following these Rules.
- To provide the correct details on the order form.
- In the event of a change in the Buyer’s details provided at the time of order, the Buyer must inform the Seller immediately.
- The Buyer shall have the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of the Goods following the provisions set out in the Return Policy.
- By placing an order in this e-shop, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase and undertakes to comply with them and with the provisions of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Seller’s rights and obligations.
- To enable the Buyer to make proper use of this e-shop.
- Suppose the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability and security of the e-shop or violates their obligations. In that case, the Seller shall have the right to restrict, suspend or terminate the Buyer’s access to the e-shop immediately and without notice.
- The Seller does not disclose the Buyer’s personal information to third parties.
- The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address indicated by the Buyer.
- In the event of essential circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently discontinue the operation of the e-shop without prior notice to the Buyer.
- The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend these Rules by publishing the amended Rules on the online shop.
- Ordering goods
- Orders are accepted only through this online shop.
- All prices of the goods in the online shop are quoted in Euro, including all applicable taxes in the Republic of Lithuania.
- The Buyer pays the order within the time limit specified in the invoice.
- Failure by the Buyer to make payment within the specified time limit shall result in cancellation of the order.
- Delivery of Goods.
- The Goods shall be delivered by the chosen method at the time of order.
- The Buyer undertakes to specify the exact place of delivery.
- The goods shall be dispatched to the Buyer upon receipt of payment.
- In all cases, the Seller shall be exempt from liability for failure to meet delivery deadlines if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the Buyer’s fault or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
- The Buyer must inform the Seller immediately if the consignment is received in damaged packaging, contains unordered goods or the wrong quantity, or if the shipment needs to be completed.
- The Buyer must email the Seller photographs of the damaged parcel and item(s).
- The Seller shall, in all cases, be exempted from liability for breach of the delivery time limit where circumstances beyond the Seller’s control cause such infringement.
- The Seller shall not be liable for the courier’s subsequent performance and decisions.
- Quality and Warranties.
- All goods sold in this e-shop are subject to the warranty provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
- All details of the goods sold in this e-shop are specified in the description of each product.
- If the Seller does not guarantee the quality of certain types of goods, the warranty provided by the relevant legislation shall apply.
- The quantities of goods shown in the photographs in the Shop do not always relate to the price of the goods, which may be more than the price of one item. Units of measurement are indicated in the product description. The color of the goods may vary slightly depending on the monitor the Buyer uses.
- The Seller may provide an appropriate quality guarantee for individual types of goods, the specific terms and conditions in the product description.
- Final provisions.
- These Terms and Conditions of the Sale and Purchase of Goods are made following the laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.
- The law of the Republic of Lithuania governs these Terms and Conditions. Any disagreements arising from these Rules’ performance will be settled by negotiation. If we can’t reach an agreement, conflicts will be resolved according to the procedure laid down by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
