Ketchup, San Manzano

This classic ketchup has a sweet and slightly spicy tomato flavor. San Marzano tomatoes are well known for their balanced taste, combining sweetness, the intense taste of tomatoes, and the right amount of acid. Perfect for fried potatoes, hot dogs, and grilled meat. Mix with plain mayonnaise, and you get a delicious burger sauce.  It will also serve well as a marinade for meat.

Ingredients: San Marzano tomatoes 46%, sugar, onions, red bell pepper puree, spirit vinegar, thickener: modified starch, celery salt (salt, celery seeds), chili powder.
